Welcome to A table for One Petite Spa, LLC, a small studio with a big heart in NE Minneapolis. The goal of each session is to help guide clients into a better understanding of your own body while helping you continue your own self-care journey at home. When walking out the door, you will feel less pain and more mobility than you did when you arrived. A Table for One is a safe space and all are welcome here.
